Ester Beauty (“we,” “us”) is a by-appointment beauty studio in Boca Raton, Florida. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers esterbeauty.com, appointment booking, email, WhatsApp, and text messages from Ester Beauty at (754) 600-9680.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you, book a visit, and provide the service you asked for.
- Identity and contact details, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and how you prefer to be reached.
- Appointment details, including the service you select, the date and time, notes you give us about the visit, and messages you send before or after.
- Text-message consent, including the phone number you enrolled, the fact that you opted in, the date of that consent, and related STOP or HELP replies.
- Payment and booking records handled through our booking platform. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Technical information a browser or phone normally sends, such as IP address, device type, and pages viewed, so the site can load and stay secure.
- Photos or results you allow us to keep or publish. We do not use a client photo on the website without permission.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and this site is not directed to children.
How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, remind, reschedule, or follow up on an appointment.
- To answer questions sent by email, phone, WhatsApp, or text.
- To send text messages you agreed to receive, as described below.
- To keep appointment, payment, and client records.
- To protect the studio, our clients, and this website from fraud or misuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting duties.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use this website for third-party advertising.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you agree to receive texts from Ester Beauty, we may send appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and replies to questions you ask. If you separately opt in to offers, we may also send occasional messages about services and availability. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and it is not required to book or receive a service. You may book through the website, email, or WhatsApp without opting in to promotional texts.
Reply STOP to cancel text messages. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact care@esterbeauty.com or (754) 600-9680. After you opt out, we may send one message confirming that texts have stopped. Appointment details may still be available by email or through the booking page.

Who we share information with
We share information with service providers only so they can perform work for Ester Beauty, and only for that purpose. Those providers include the booking platform that schedules visits and processes payments, the carriers and messaging services that deliver texts you agreed to receive, email and website hosting, and professional advisers when the law requires it.
Booking is provided through Vagaro. When you book, Vagaro receives the details needed to hold the appointment and may send its own booking messages under its terms. That sharing is for your appointment. It is not a sale of your information, and it is not permission for anyone to use your text opt-in for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Ester Beauty, our clients, or the public.
Cookies and site data
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not sell browsing data. The site and its booking tool may use cookies or similar storage that are needed to load the page, remember a booking step, or keep the site secure. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking them may affect booking.
How long we keep information
We keep appointment and client records for as long as needed to provide services, handle a follow-up, and meet tax and accounting duties. Text opt-in and opt-out records are kept long enough to honor your choice and to show that consent was collected. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Your choices
You may ask us to:
- Access the personal information you gave us.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete information we are not required to keep.
- Stop promotional emails or texts. Appointment messages about a visit you booked are separate from promotional messages.
Email care@esterbeauty.com with your request. We may need to confirm that the request is yours before we complete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. For text messaging, the privacy terms posted here at the time you opt in, plus any update we send you, describe that program.
