These terms apply to esterbeauty.com and to appointments, messages, and other services offered by Ester Beauty in Boca Raton, Florida. By using the site or booking a visit, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Visits are by appointment. Public hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, and Sunday closed. Confirmed clients receive the full arrival details before the appointment.

Appointments and prices

Current services, prices, duration, and availability are shown in the booking flow. The website describes the work. It does not quote a price that can override the booking page. A booking is confirmed only when the scheduler accepts it.

Please arrive on time, with lashes and brows clean and free of makeup, oils, and creams, unless we have told you otherwise for a specific service. Please come alone unless we have agreed in advance that a guest may attend.

Cancellation, deposits, and adjustments

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. A late cancellation or missed appointment may mean a deposit is not returned. In an emergency, a deposit may be applied to a new appointment when you give notice as soon as you can and the new visit is scheduled within seven days of the original time.

Completed services and retail sales are final. If something about a service needs attention, contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. When a complimentary adjustment is appropriate, it must be scheduled within seven days of the original service. A change requested only because of personal preference, such as a different length, shape, or fullness, is not a refund. The terms shown at the time you book control that appointment if they differ from this summary.

Services and results

Beauty services are tailored, and results vary with your features, skin, lifestyle, and aftercare. Descriptions on this site are not a promise of a particular outcome, and they are not medical advice. Tell us before a service about sensitivities or anything else we should know. If a treatment is not a fit, we may decline or stop it.

Text message program

Program name: Ester Beauty. Messages are sent from Ester Beauty at (754) 600-9680 to people who have agreed to receive them.

The program may include:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes for a visit you booked.
• Replies to a question you send us.
• Occasional messages about services and availability, only after a separate opt-in for those offers.

You can opt in by entering your mobile number and agreeing at booking, by submitting a form on this website that includes the disclosure above, by texting us first, or by asking us in person, by email, or on WhatsApp to text you. We keep a record of that consent.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and whether you opted in to offers. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Reply STOP to end texts at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are treated the same way. You will receive a final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP, or email care@esterbeauty.com or call (754) 600-9680, for help.

Consent is not a condition of buying a service or product, and it is not required to book. You may still receive messages that are necessary to complete an appointment you requested, such as a booking confirmation, by email or through the booking platform.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The website

The site, the Ester Beauty name, and the photographs and text we publish are owned by Ester Beauty or used with permission. You may view them for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy them for another business or imply that we endorse a product or person without our written permission.

Booking opens through Vagaro. Vagaro’s own terms apply to the checkout and account steps that happen on its platform. We are not responsible for a third-party site or app being unavailable.

Liability

The website is provided as available. To the extent Florida law allows, Ester Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for a loss caused by a carrier delay, a booking-platform outage, or information you chose not to share before a service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Florida law does not allow us to limit.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless a law that applies to you requires a different venue.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. The version in effect when you book applies to that appointment. Continued use of the text program after we post an update, or after we send you notice of a material change, means you accept the update. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
